<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image retrieving device enabling to narrow down the number of parts to be searched by indicating the whole two-dimensional image displayed on an input screen based on a three-dimensional model constituted by combining parts by a pointer, improve the efficiency of user's work for searching for the objective part from among the narrowed number of selected parts, and prevent increase of processing amount loaded on a processing system. <P>SOLUTION: In a screen wherein the user extracts the parts to be selected included in a fixed closed region by using the pointer indicated by user's inputting (S103), and performs the operation for indicating the part to be finally searched from among the selected parts, and the temporarily selected part is highlighted in the whole image, the visual confirmation property for the part is enhanced even if the part is smaller when compared with the whole image of the model by surrounding the part by a frame (for example, an elliptical frame) to improve the efficiency of user's work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
