<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ethylene-based resin composite particles having a small particle diameter, added with a functional filler and having a spherical or approximately spherical form, and, even when mixed with other resin pellet or a compounding material, easy in mixing and capable of uniformly dispersing the filler. <P>SOLUTION: An environmentally friendly method for producing an ethylene-based resin composite particles is provided, which method comprises dissolving an ethylene-based polymer in an organic solvent separable from aqueous phase, dispersing a hydrophobic functional filler to provide an ethylene-based polymer organic solvent solution, dispersing the ethylene-based polymer organic solvent solution in a non-ionic surfactant-containing aqueous solution and emulsifying, and heating the resultant emulsion, to remove the organic solvent, so as to yield as the particles, the ethylene-based polymer added with the hydrophobic functional filler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
