PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music recording device for automatically deleting a music content when the music content having poor receiving quality is recorded. SOLUTION: The music recording device with a function of extracting the music content from a received broadcasting wave and recording it in a recording medium comprises: a first means for generating a receiving quality determination data for determining the receiving quality of the received broadcasting wave; a second means for determining the level of the receiving quality of the music content, based on the receiving quality determination data which is generated by the first means, while the music content is being received; and a third means for removing the music content from the recording device, when it is determined that the receiving quality of the music piece content is poor.
