PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure windshield defogging performance on the back face side of a combiner hood, in particular. SOLUTION: A main body casing 14 of a headup display device 11 has a cooling air intake port 32 capable of taking in cooling air 31 for cooling a backlight 13 and a cooling air discharge port 33 capable of discharging the cooling air 31 used for cooling the backlight 13 with the cooling air discharge port 33 opened between the front end 4 of an instrument panel 3 and an opening 15 for headup display, thereby constituting a structure capable of blowing out the cooling air 31 discharged from the cooling air discharge port 33 toward a portion of the windshield 2 at the back face side of the combiner hood 17.
