摘要 <p>The method of decomposing truck tires/car tires into rubber, steel wire, textile cord or plastic, comprises pre-sorting the tires based on different sizes and storing in storages, beading the tires by a debeader for removing steel cable insert, moving the tires to a conveyer system by a loading equipment such as multi-handling device (M1), and then supplying to a cutting machine (M3) to produce tire pieces with a size of 50x 200 mm (pre-milling). The tire pieces are supplied by a conveyer system to a cutting machine (M4) to produce the tire pieces with a size of 30x 30 mm (secondary cutting). The method for decomposing truck tires/car tires into rubber, steel wire, textile cord or plastic, comprises pre-sorting the tires based on different sizes and storing in storages, beading the tires by a debeader for removing the steel cable insert, moving the tires to a conveyer system by a loading equipment such as multi-handling device (M1), and then supplying to a cutting machine (M3) to produce tire pieces with a size of 50x 200 mm (pre-milling). The tire pieces are supplied by a conveyer system to a cutting machine (M4) to produce the tire pieces with a size of 30x 30 mm (secondary cutting). The pieces of tire are supplied to a discharge hopper (M5) by a conveyer system (buffer). The tire pieces from the discharge hopper are supplied to an impact mill (M6) by a conveyer system. The decomposition of the tire pieces is reached by the impact mill. The material mixture from rubber, steel wire and textile cord is supplied to an outlet of a vibration channel (M7) for separating the raw material components such as rubber/steel wire/textile cord. A suction system is attached over the vibration channel, and receives the light fractions such as textile cord separated via a cyclone separator and then supplied over a conveyer system of a bailing press for the compression process. The material mixture consisting of rubber-steel wire is supplied to a coarse filter system by a conveyer system for carrying out a separation in the sizes of greater than and smaller than 10 mm. The material mixture (greater than 10 mm) is supplied to a horizontal impact mill for a further decomposition. The steel is reconducted into the turbine by a conveyer system to increase the cutting degree for positively affecting the predetermined mesh sizes. The mixture (smaller than 10 mm) of rubber and steel wire is supplied to the discharging hopper with an integrated drum magnet for carrying out the steel separation. The rubber mixture from the discharging hopper is supplied to a filter system by a conveyer system with a defined mesh size of 0.45 mm. The mixture (greater than 0.45 mm) is supplied to the turbine by a conveyer system. The rubber flour (0-0.45 mm) is supplied to a silo-plant (rough flour) by a conveyer system and then to a bottling plant.</p>
