The device has a switch with two states, and an electrical motor working at one of the states and stops working at another state. A set of push buttons of switches is provided on a hand shank. A trigger gear includes an ejector pin, and a function part connected with the ejector pin. The ejector pin is provided on the push buttons of the switches to trigger the switch, and a function part connects a tegmentum with a proximal. The switch is in the former state, when the function part is connected with the ejector pin, while the switch is in the latter state, when two parts are separated.
