THE PREPARATION METHOD FOR PEROVSKITE-TYPE OXIDE NANO POWDER BY USING POROUS SILICA TEMPLATING

摘要

A manufacturing method of oxide nanopowder having perovskite structure is provided to manufacture composite nanopowder of the silica and oxide by plasticizing material obtained by adding a metal precursor solution or sol in silica of pore structure. A manufacturing method of oxide nanopowder having perovskite structure of a chemical formula 1 of ABO3 contains steps of: manufacturing a precursor solution or a sol; adding material performing role of the chelating agent in the precursor solution or the sol; manufacturing silica of pore structure; adding the precursor solution or the sol during or after a silica manufacturing step; crystallizing obtained material and manufacturing a composite of the oxide and silica having the perovskite structure of a chemical formula 2 of ABO3.SiO2; and removing the silica in the composite of the manufactured oxide and the silica.
