A polarizing film, a polarizer, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a black on a screen by absorbing and arranging iodine on a polyvinyl alcohol resin film. A circular film(1) of polyvinyl alcohol resin is outputted through a circular roll(2). A swelling tube(3) is used for performing a swelling process about the circular film of the polyvinyl alcohol resin outputted through the circular roll. A water dipping tube(4) is used for performing a water dipping process about the circular film of the polyvinyl alcohol resin. A dyeing tube(5) is used for performing a dyeing process about the circular film of the polyvinyl alcohol resin. A boric acid tube(6) is used for performing a boric acid process about the circular film of the polyvinyl alcohol resin. The circular film passes a cleaning tube(7), and is dried by a drying furnace(8). A polarized film(9) is obtained by finishing the drying process.
