Ultrasonic diagnostic equipment is provided to improve the probe identity in a dark room by coating several probe cables with the fluorescent paint of the other colors in respectively. Probes(110a,110b,110c,110d) having the different functions are connected to the main body of the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment by cables(112a,112b,112c,112d) consisting of the other colors. The cable is easily discriminated in the dark place by being coated with the paint of the fluorescent material. The cable in the dark room generates the light for the predetermined time.
