A ventilation valve lifting device is provided to correct a disc of the ventilation valve drooping by lifting a flange of the ventilation valve without the stop of operation. A ventilation valve lifting device comprises: a main body(20) equipped in a connection pipe in order to seal a ventilation valve hermetically; and a lifting device(40) equipped in the body, possible for moving. The body includes: a first flange(21) installed in the connection pipe to be fixed, and having a receiving hole(22) accommodating the ventilation valve; and a second flange(25) having a movable guide hole(24) formed by a lifting shaft(41) included in the lifting device.
