<p>The method involves storing biometric identification data from a sender (40) in a memory (21) connected to a transaction unit (20). An ordered transaction is converted partly into audible signals by the unit. Biometric data i.e. voice signal, are inputted into a communication device (30) e.g. cellular phone, by the sender. The biometric data are compared with biometric identification data. An identity of the sender is identified. The transaction is performed in accordance with the transaction order if the identity of the sender is positively verified. An independent claim is also included for a transaction unit for verified performance of transaction, comprising a unit for receiving transaction order from a computer unit.</p> |
