Cellulose-based fiber, and tire cord comprising the same are provided to offer superior properties and shape stability by using improved cellulose-based fiber and cellulose-based fiber. Polysiloxane is cellulose-based fiber including a repetition unit. Average molecular weight of the polysiloxane is 500 ~ 4000,000. A manufacturing method for spinning dope including cellulose and the polysiloxane comprises the following steps: a step for emitting dope through a spinneret; a step for passing the emitted filament through a solidifying liquid; a step for washing the filament; and a step for drying the washed filament.
