ARRAY TESTER OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

An array tester of a liquid crystal display panel is provided to transfer a voltage charged in a thin film transistor array substrate to a modulator without loss. A modulator(10) is arranged on a thin film transistor array substrate(2) at a fixed interval. The modulator comprises a transparent electrode(4), a reflective plate(8) and a liquid crystal layer(6). The liquid crystal layer is formed between the transparent electrode and the reflective plate. The modulator is attached to a lower part of a lens barrel(12). A light source is formed in one side of the lens barrel. A beam splitter(18) is diagonally arranged inside the lens barrel. The beam splitter reflects light from the light source toward the modulator. A CCD camera(20) is arranged on the top of the lens barrel. The CCD camera takes a photograph of an image of the modulator.
