A manufacturing method of dietary fiber beer is provided to improve ester aroma and bubble of beer and to have effect including suppression of increase of blood sugar value, decrease of serum cholesterol and degradation of neutral lipid by addition of dietary fiber. A manufacturing method of dietary fiber beer comprises a step of adding an indigestible maltodextrine. A content of dietary fiber of the indigestible maltodextrine is 85% or greater and an average polymerization degree of dietary fiber of the indigestible maltodextrine is 8 or greater. The indigestible maltodextrine is added at a fermentation process or a decoct process. |
