A method for manufacturing a cylinder head is provided to prevent blocking of an oil passage and reduce a manufacturing cost by molding a main oil gallery made of a cylinder head material. A method for manufacturing a cylinder head comprises the following steps of: molding a casting sand core corresponding to an oil room of a cylinder head body(S10); molding the casting sand core corresponding to a main oil gallery(S20); assembling an oil room core and a main oil gallery core(S30); mounting an assembling core of the oil room and the main oil gallery on a mold(S40); injecting molten aluminium into the mold(S50); and performing a post process(S60). |
