A guardrail structure for greening and bearing capacity improvement is provided that the vehicles, operator or passenger can be protected as the shock energy due to vehicle collision is absorbed. A guardrail structure for greening and bearing capacity improvement comprises a column(110) installed at the edge of the road, a wire rope(120) which winds the column, and in which the space is formed in inside, a porous blocking plate(130) inserted in front of or behind the space formed by the wire rope, a support block fixing the blocking plate, and a vegetation soil(150) charging the space between the wire rope. The blocking plate is inserted into the space between the wire ropes.
