A device for compensating zero-crossing is provided to perform the zero-crossing control according to a relay by compensating the zero-crossing of relay. An AC voltage measurement part(61) measures both ends voltage of the relay switch in a constant cycle. The AC voltage measurement part performs the operation of deciding the time for starting the control. A time delay part(62) performs the operation of delaying the time from the actuating time of relay to the contact point time of the relay switch. A relay control part(63) performs the operation of running the relay. A relay contact voltage measurement part(64) measures the load voltage connected to the relay switch. A contact point delay time detection unit(65) determines the time from the output time point of the relay driving signal to the load voltage of 0V. A delay time correction(66) performs the operation of amending the time delay.
