Method and installation for the recycling of ink-cartridges

The method involves processing ink cartridges at crushing stages (10, 28) for recuperating plastic material elements from one side and pulverulent ink and mechanical pieces from another side. The homogenate of plastic material elements containing pulverulent ink residue is recuperated. The homogenate is crushed at the stage (28) for forming another homogenate that contains pulverulent ink residue. The latter homogenate is carried through a gaseous current using a pipe (34) and baffle passage (36) for separating the latter homogenate from the residue. An independent claim is also included for an installation for recycling an ink cartridge for a printing system.
