A coal tar removing device of aged conduit is provided to remove the coal tar by drawing a cutting line on a coal tar layer coated the aged conduit to the columnar direction with a disk cutter. A coal tar removing device of aged conduit comprises: a main body(2) moving backward and forward in the inner surface of the aged conduit; a driving mobile tool(4) moving on the uneven surface formed with the scale of the inner surface of conduit; a rotating member(6) installed in the leading end of the main body, and rotated with the external power supply; and a coal tar cutting tool(8) installed in a central axis of the rotating member to the radial direction.
