A complex heat exchanger is provided to reduce the failure rate of junction between two baffles in the header tank by allowing the junction failure of baffles to be detected through a leak test. A complex heat exchanger comprises a pair of header tanks(10), a plurality of tubes(20) fixed between the header tanks, a fin(30) interposed between the tubes, a support arranged on the outermost side of the fin, and a baffle(50) partitioning off a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger inside the header tanks. The baffle comprises an upper plate(52), a lower plate(54), and a compartment(58) formed between the upper and lower plates. A tube insertion hole is formed between the upper and lower plates of the compartment so that heat exchange media flow out through the tube injection hole when a leakage of fluid occurs.
