PREPARATION METHOD FOR COPPER POWDERS USING THIOUREA COMPLEXATION

A manufacturing method of copper powder using the thiourea complexing agent is provided to manufacture the copper powder without the high reduction temperature, surfactant and organic solvent as the reducing agent can be made from copper sulfate solution. A manufacturing method of copper powder using the thiourea complexing agent comprises: a step of manufacturing copper sulfate solution by dissolving the copper sulfate penta-hydrate in the distilled water at 20-30°C; a step of producing the copper-thiourea complex compound by adding the thiourea as the complexing agent to the copper sulfate solution; a step of manufacturing the copper powder precipitate by adding the reducing agent to the complex compound; a step of filtering, washing and drying the precipitated copper powder.
