Tea compositions is provided to enable an eater to easily drink a tea in order to take in herbal medicine materials using an angelica gigas nakai, a mulberry leaf, a dried tangerine skin, and a morus alba. Tea compositions comprise an angelica gigas nakai and a mulberry leaf in a mixing ratio of 24 to 11 by weight. The tea also includes a dried tangerine skin, and a morus alba in a mixing ratio of 23 to 7. A method for preparing the angelica gigas nakai and the mulberry leaf consists of the following steps of: removing foreign materials adhered to the angelica gigas nakai and the mulberry leaf and pulverizing the angelica gigas nakai and the mulberry leaf(S102); mixing the pulverizing angelica gigas nakai and mulberry leaf; making a mixture easy to use(S103); and removing dust from the mixture(S104).
