LOWER ROLLER MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR CRAWLER TYPE HEAVY EQUIPMENT

A lower roller mounting structure of crawler heavy equipment is provided to make a lower roller mounting structure of heavy equipment simple by forming a center guide and a flange of a track piece of which a track consists. A lower roller mounting structure of crawler heavy equipment comprises: a frame(11) of which a part of a base carrier(10) consists; and a plurality of lower rollers(14,45) installed in order to guide the rotation of a crawler-type magnetic track(20). The lower roller is arranged in the lower part of the frame at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction. The partial lower rollers among a plurality of lower rollers are a single flange type lower roller having a flange(45a) in order to be combined in a concave part of a center guide of a track piece(25). The single flange type lower roller is by turns installed to the lower roller. The lower rollers except the single flange type lower roller are a dual flange type lower roller in which each flange is formed in both end parts.
