METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPOSITION FOR PORRIDGE CONTAINING ROASTED TURMERIC POWDER

A method for manufacturing a porridge composition containing roasted tumeric powder is provided to improve preference of porridge and to take the large amount of curcumin easily. A method for manufacturing a porridge composition containing roasted tumeric powder comprises the following steps of: sieving the tumeric powder of which diameter is less than 500mum into 30-100 mesh size; making the sieved tumeric powder having 2-5% of moisture after roasting the powder at 70-100°C; mixing 6.0-19.9 weight% of spice including cereal, vegetable, marine products, meat etc with the roasted powder; and boiling a mixed tumeric porridge composition in water with a weight ratio of 1:8-10.
