<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell wherein dopant liquid is applied to a substrate with high stability for efficiently manufacturing the solar cell enhanced in photovoltaic conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a solar cell includes a step of applying dopant liquid to the substrate by an ink-jet application technique. The solvent constituting the dopant liquid comprises ethanol and diethylene glycol, or isopropyl alcohol and diethylene glycol, and the diethylene glycol accounts for 35-75 vol% relative to a solvent constituting the dopant liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
