<p>The invention discloses a multilayer of cholesteric liquid crystal polymer (CLCP), wherein at least two layers of CLCP, differing in at least one optical property, are arranged on top of each other, characterized in that said at least two layers are chemically cross-linked together through the polymer network, such as to mechanically form a unique solid body. Corresponding pigments, coating compositions and there use in security and decorative printing and coating applications are disclosed as well.</p> |
