A concrete crack suppressing anchor bolt anchoring plate is provided to improve the stability and durability of upper structure. A concrete crack suppressing anchor bolt anchoring plate comprises a coupling part(35) in which a female screw in which an anchor bolt(10) is combined is formed in the inner circumference, a moving part(33) which is adhered to the coupling part and surrounds the coupling part, an outer wall part(32) that is separated from the moving part and surrounds the moving part, and an extension part(31) respectively connected to the moving part and the lateral end of outer wall part. One lateral end of outer wall part is connected to one lateral end of moving part and is curve-cut. The extension part is formed in the end part of outer wall part and moving part. A corrugated portion(34) is formed in the connection part of extension and moving part.
