摘要 A method for estimating quantity of diesel particulate in a DPF is provided to accurately estimate diesel particulate amount deposited inside a particulate by increasing initial back pressure. A method for estimating quantity of diesel particulate in a DPF comprises a first step of measuring O2 oxygen concentration, dP that is a differential pressure between the front part and the rear part when operation state is in constant idle state(S32); a step of calculating Msoot, that is particulate amount of a differential pressure model by employing a differential pressure model composed of a function of an operation time and an operation condition; a fourth step of calculating Msoot_1, that is diesel particulate amount, in the service reproducing zone by using time reducing rate of differential pressure inside a DPF(S34); a fourth step of calculating Msoot_1 in the service replay zone; and a step of calculating Msoot, that is diesel particulate amount, by reflecting dP0'(S36).
