A disposal cotton diaper is provided, in which the waste liquid is smoothly absorbed to the absorber from the cotton sheet equipped in the surface. A disposal cotton diaper comprises: a cotton sheet(11) having the permeability about the waste liquid; an outer cotton sheet(12) having waterproof characteristic; and an absorber(13) which is provided between the cotton sheet and the outer sheet and absorbs the waste liquid absorbed through the cotton sheet. The cotton sheet comprises: a base(20) of the pure cotton; and a coating layer(21) having the water-repellent property which is integrally formed at the bottom surface of the pure cotton material.
