A method for preparing fruit punch concentrate is provided to enable a user to dilute the fruit punch concentrate in water with ease. A method for preparing fruit punch concentrate comprises the following steps of: immersing cinnamon in water, filtering the immersed cinnamon, and heating the filtered cinnamon at a temperature of 90-100°C for 2-4 hours to obtain cinnamon extract(a); adding sugar and additives to the cinnamon extract(b); heating the cinnamon extract with sugar and additives at a temperature of 90-100°C for 0.5-2 hours(c); and examining a degree of sweetness.
