<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a message to a logical network of tree structure which is not related to physical network configuration constituted on a communication network such as a TCP/IP network. <P>SOLUTION: In a multicast message transmitting method, a servant which receives the message has steps of: (1) storing a servant ID of uplink, existence or nonexistence of downlink and a servant ID of the downlink; (2) transferring the received message to a high-order application; (3) reading the existence of the uplink (S503) and transmitting the message to the uplink when the uplink exists (S505); (4) reading the existence of downlink (S507) and transmitting the message to the downlink when the downlink exists (S509). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
