A complex sound insulator is provided to cut off not only the lightweight tapping noise but also the weight crashing sound. A complex sound insulator(100) comprises a soundproof panel(130) formed with the synthetic resin of the sheet form on the whole, a buffing rubber(110) formed with the rubber of the cylindrical shape, a metal washer(120) formed with the metal of the thin ring shape. The soundproof panel is formed with the side inserting hole it sells at the fixed interval. The insertion protrusion is formed in the upper portion of the shock absorbing rubber. |
