CONDUCTIVE INK COMPOSITIONS INCORPORATING NANO GLASS FRIT AND NANO METAL FOR ENHANCED ADHESION WITH GLASS AND CERAMIC SUBSTRATES USED IN DISPLAYS
摘要
A conductive ink composition is provided to improve adhesion to a substrate for preventing the separation between glass and ceramic substrates and conductive patterns after high temperature annealing, while minimizing the loss of a conductive property, and to prevent over-sintering between metal nanoparticles. A conductive ink composition for inkjet printing comprises metal nanoparticles and ano glass frit in the co-solvent of the first solvent and the second solvent. The metal nanoparticles have the particle size of 50~100 nm. The content of the metal nanoparticles is 10-60 parts by weight based on the ink composition 100.0 parts by weight. The nano glass frit is 0.5-20 parts by weight based on the ink metal nanoparticle composition 100.0 parts by weight.
