A data security apparatus is provided to eliminate corresponding data perfectly by physically destroying the function of a specific memory among memories in which data is dispersively stored. In case there is an attempt to cut or disjoint a case(110), a detection sensor(125) senses the attempt and then generates a burglar alarm signal. A physical security management module(120) performs a data interface with an OS system by transceiving data in a private storage(123) and security storage medium(121). In case the burglar alarm signal is received or a preset breakdown condition is satisfied, the physical security management module immediately generates a destruction command. In case the destruction command is received, a data breakdown module(122) physically destroys the memory function of the security storage medium.
