A static voltage power device for the vehicles is provided to maintain the fixed voltage regardless of the voltage drop by removing the reverse current and the noise generated from the vehicles. An input terminal(10) is for inputting the power source of batteries(18,20). A high frequency filter part(11) removes the high frequency noise generated from the power source. A low frequency filter part(13) removes the low frequency and the noise generated from the power source. An inrush current restriction part(12) limits the rush current by serially forming the resistance between the input terminal and the low frequency filter part. The rush current is removed by the resistance of the inrush current restriction part. A relay driving part(14) drives the relay by applying the voltage to the amp. A noise detector(15) detects the noise. A delay circuit part(16) is formed by connecting the diode, the resistance, and the condenser to the amp outlet of the noise detector.
