Provided is a method for manufacturing fraction extract of an asterina pectinifera, which can be used for a raw material for functional cosmetics, functional food, and medicines. A method for manufacturing fraction extract of an asterina pectinifera comprises the following steps of: drying and pulverizing the asterina pectinifera; adding 5ml of sterilized pure water to 1g of asterina pectinifera powder to be suspended; and repeating a process of freezing the suspended solution at a temperature of -80°C and melting at a temperature of 37°C three times to crush the asterina pectinifera.
