PREPARATION METHOD OF LYOCELL FILAMENT FIBER, LYOCELL FILAMENT FIBER AND TIRE CORD USING THE SAME

A preparation method for lyocell filament fiber, lyocell filament fiber and tire cord are provided to prevent degradation of property of matters and damage of the lyocell filament fiber by coating a spinning agent evenly on the filament fiber. A preparation method for lyocell filament fiber comprises the followings: forming a filament(21) by spinning and coagulating dope for lyocell spinning; washing the filament; giving spin finish on the washed filament; the drying the filament given the spin finish. In a step for giving the spin finish(23), emulsion containing the spin finish is sprayed on a surface of the filament. The emulsion contains the spin finish of 2~15 weight%.
