An ophthalmologic apparatus is provided to efficiently perform the eye examination process by preparing readily the eye examination program with the table prepared by inspector in inspection. A storage media(CF) memorizes semantic representation image data which an inspector makes in inspection. An image data input unit inputs image data memorized in the storage media to the apparatus. The image data input unit directly calls the image data memorized based on the sighting mark selection signal in the storage media. The image data input unit copies the image data in the memory of the apparatus according to the read signal. The image data input unit calls the image data according to the table selection signal. An operation unit(20) comprises a table selection key.
