A key distribution method, a key distribution device, and a network communication system are provided to reduce power consumption and time required in generation and distribution of a link key by transmitting a network-coded message to a trust center and a terminal by a router. A trust center(301) and a terminal(303) transmit a first message and a second message for setting a link key to a router(302)(S310, S311). The router performs a network coding using the first message and the second message(S312), and transmits a network-coded message to the trust center and the terminal. The trust center and the terminal generate the link key with the network coded message(S315). The trust center generates a network key with a generated link key(S316), and transmits a generated network key to the terminal.
