CELLULOSE BASED TIRE CORD

Cellulosed based tire cord is provided to improve ride comfort by restring a flat spot phenomenon caused by deformation of distance in parking. In a deep code including lyocell filament fiber and an adhesive agent, a flat spot index is 2.0 % or less. The flat spot index (%) = (L1 - L2) / Lo x 100. Lo is initial length of the cord. The L1 is length of the cord after cooling the cord at temperature of 20°C in a state maintaining a load. L2 is the length of the cord after cooling the cord at temperature of 20°C in a state maintaining the load of 0.01 g/d. The flat spot index is 0.5 ~ 2.0%.
