A gismo for attaching male urine vinyl pouch to the leg is provided, which enables a rehabilitation patient to treat the urine conveniently by using the gismo. A gismo is constituted as follows. The general penis size of the male adult is determined as M-size. A vinyl urine bag gismo(1) of the SS, S, M, L, the various kind including XL etc is made for the teenager and children to use it. A space(3) is made in order to insert the velcro tape rubber band(10) in the top backside surface of the first gismo.
