A square pipe surface brushing device is provided to improve the productivity by uniformly removing the various contaminants or the surface corrosion on the surface of square pipe. A square pipe surface brushing device comprises: a transport unit; a square pipe guide roller(20) installed in both end part of main body(10); a guide support(101) supporting the square pipe; a right and left brushing part including; a motor(M2) installed on the top of support stand(30); a pair of guiding rod(40) installed between the support stands; a brush(B) combined in a driving shaft of each motor; a feeding screw(S1) for moving a cradle(T1) backward and forward; and a top and bottom brushing part including installed in the upper plate of a support stand(32), and including a feeding screw connecting with the cradle and a brush combined in a driving shaft of a motor(M4). |
