A juice collecting apparatus is provided to rotate a transfer net and a peeling blade in an opposite direction of the each other, thereby collecting juice and flesh discharged from a gap of the transfer net. A juice collecting apparatus comprises a transfer net(20), a peeling blade, and a power transmission(40). The transfer net rotates a fruit supplied by a hopper(10) to discharge the fruit's flesh. The peeling blade penetrating inside the transfer net pushes the fruit toward the transfer net to peel the fruit. The power transmission transfers power generated by a driving motor to the transfer net and peeling blade respectively. The peeling blade includes a plurality of supporters and a push plate. |
