An apparatus for inserting sealing material of a cylindrical component is provided to reduce laboring cost and improve working efficiency by inserting exactly sealing material to the designated part regardless of the diameter of the cylindrical component. An apparatus for inserting sealing material of a cylindrical component comprises a level base(10), a vertical support bar(22) formed on the base, a supporting plate(24) placed on the tip of the vertical support bar; a cylinder(26) installed at the center of the supporting plate; a guide plate(32) connected to a drive part(28) of a cylinder in order to move up and down; four guide rods(34) formed symmetrically around a cylinder; four sealing material mount frames(42) moving to the radial direction around the axis of a cylinder; an insertion tool(50) moving vertically along the four sealing material mount frames; an insertion end part(52) formed to the short length than the section of the insertion tool; four guide devices(60) installed on all sides of the base; and a sensor(70) detecting a circle groove(91) and a protrusion(93) formed on the tip of a cylindrical member. |
