<p>A paging control method and an apparatus thereof in a mobile communication system for controlling whether to use ISP according to the loading rate of MSC are provided to control ISP function according to the load rate of MSC. A paging control device sets a threshold according to the loading rate of MSC(Mobile Station Controller). In case the threshold in which the loading rate of the MSC is fixed is exceeded, an ISP(Inter System Paging) function is controlled from the MSC. In order that the ISP function in the base station system is selectively controlled, the ISP function of the base station sort is selectively ordered by the paging control device.</p> |
