FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides for cutting, frying in melted fat apples, cutting, blanching and grating peanuts, freezing fresh green peas. Part of the apples, potatoes, peanuts, green peas, milk and salt is mixed without access for oxygen to produce side dish. Pork is cut and beaten, stuffed with the rest of the apples, steeped in liaison, breaded in wheat crumbs, fried in melted fat to get schnitzels. Schnitzels, side dish and melted fat are packed, pressurised and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish. |
