FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is to be utilised for fabrication of long-length pipes and reservoirs as well as other products. The machine tool for fabrication of long-length products comprises a guideway, a head stock with a chuck-equipped spindle and a tail stock whose spindle is equipped with a drive enabling travel along the guideway. On the guideway there is a slide mounted equipped with a filament-layer, the mandrel mounted between the head stock and the tail stock. The machine tool is additionally equipped with a spool carrier and a back-rest. The head stock and the tail stock are mounted on separate pedestals. The guideway is represented by a beam with one end attached to the head stock pedestal and the other - rigidly fixed onto a support. The tail stock joint to the pedestal it rests on enables position lock as well as travel relative to the beam. The tail stock spindle has a centre. The head stock is equipped with a spindle rotation drive. The slide is equipped with a drive enabling travel along the beam. The filament layer is represented by a filament (roving) pre-heater. Additionally the machine tool is equipped with an impregnation tank to be filled with a bonding compound, at least three rods for the filaments (roving) immersion into the impregnation tank, strainers and heads with guide pins. The filament layer head is connected to the traverse and longitudinal feed drives that accordingly enable the filament layer head motion to approach the back-rest by a distance required and the head reciprocal travel along the back-rest. ^ EFFECT: improved quality and strength of products fabricated; machine tool performance increase. ^ 16 cl, 2 dwg |
