FIELD: medicine; orthopaedic and traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: treatment of forearm fracture is ensured with plaster splint between radioulnar joint levels covering ¾ proximal part of forearm circumference. 5-7 days later plaster rings are applied at proximal and distal radioulnar joint levels. Hand expander compression is exercised 3 times a day within 30 minutes. ^ EFFECT: improved blood circulation of injured segment, reduced time of synosteosis. ^ 11 dwg
