A collecting device(100) of food waste of construction kitchen utensil comprises a body(10), a dehydration net(20), a drainage lid, a handle(30), and a spring device(40). The body includes an inlet port(11), a vent(12), a projection(13) and a drainage hole(14), and is made of copper plate on the whole. The dehydration net is made of copper wire as the form of mesh network. |
