摘要 FIELD: electric engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: rotor comprises bush from non-magnetic material and cylinder placed on it and arranged of poles made of magnetic soft material, which alternate with permanent magnets, radial external ends of which are closed with non-magnetic metal wedges, outer surface of which corresponds to curvature of outer surface of cylinder. Non-magnetic bush, cylinder and non-magnetic metal wedges are rigidly fixed by vacuum-diffusion welding. Cylinder is made of magnetic soft material with high magnetic permeability, for instance, alloy 48KNF. Along its perimetre at identical distance from each other there are radial slots arranged for the whole length of the cylinder. Orifice is arranged in the form of bore along with shape of nonmagnetic metal wedge. Side walls of bore make a sharp angle with cylinder surface. Permanent magnets, for instance made of alloy Nd-Fe-B are installed in radial slots. Their cross section corresponds to cross section of slot covered by a nonmagnetic wedge. Bottom of bores may be cut into nonmagnetic bush. Bottom may be shaped as a cylinder to reduce concentration of stresses. ^ EFFECT: increased permissible circumferential speed at outer diametre of rotor and improvement of weight-and-dimensional indices. ^ 2 dwg
